Seems like solid construction. Doesn’t seem to make any noise and supports the mattress well.
Comfortable. As big as we imagined and just right. As others have stated, the shipping is painful. Not a direct reflection on the actual product though. The warehouse that fulfills shipment basically tells you when it will be and if that doesn’t work, you might be waiting another month.

I wouldn’t know if it’s nice or not because we are currently 9 weeks out and still no bed. I ordered after reading they will ship bed in 1-3 weeks, that would have been perfect timing for it to arrive to our new house. Now our bed is apparently hanging out in a warehouse 2 hours away from us for 2 weeks with a delivery appointment for next week while we had to scramble and figure out a bed situation. Three weeks in a delivery warehouse and seven weeks in production, that’s crazy.

We are in LOVE with this bed! We were concerned it could be too big, but it is actually perfect! We sleep so soundly in it. I am a restless sleeper and tend to take up a lot of space. This bed has allowed for us to not have to worry about space or waking each other up. My husband was leery of this bed when I suggested it. Since getting it a few weeks ago, he has told me multiple times how happy he is that we made this purchase. Highly recommend!
We love our new bed! It’s such a high quality custom mattress. We are so happy we got this bed. Total game changer!
This platform is very well made however the legs are way too short. Luckily the threaded metal area where the legs attach is fairly universal and you can buy taller legs to replace them and raise the bed to a more normal level.
Worth every Penney!!! Thank god your business exists! It has given our family peace of mind!
Loving it! Great comfortable mattress. Went with the medium Royale Alaskan King Mini (96×96). Its supportive and comfy. Not too firm or too soft. Just right for us. It was delivered with care in a large box to our front porch and we were able to slide it in the room on our home constucted base. My husband was scared it was going to "explode" out the compressed wrap...but it didnt it was a gradual and slowly "inflated" when the plastic was opened. Its well constructed. The four of us (my huband, two medium size dogs and myself) fit great! So glad we took the leap and bought this mattress!
We love our new bed! Plenty of space (Alaskan King Mini size), and soft enough for my husband and I, plus a furry critter or two to get a good night's sleep. And we also ordered the bamboo sheets, and they are fantastic!
Sent the mattress to the wrong address despite the correct address being inputted in the order form, and now after confirming the correct address the mattress still has not been delivered. Would love to eventually try the mattress we ordered 2 months ago

Excellent product, but be prepared for the size
The quality of this duvet cover is excellent. The fabric feels great, it looks beautiful on the bed, and I have no complaints whatsoever about the materials or construction.
The problem is the engineering assumption that one person can routinely remove and reinstall a duvet cover this large. On an Alaskan King, this thing is enormous. I’ve tried the burrito method, tying the corners from inside the cover, shaking and repositioning it, and every other technique I can find. Getting the duvet properly centered inside the cover by yourself is extraordinarily difficult. Even with all four corners tied, mine can still end up several inches off-center.
In my opinion, changing an Alaskan King duvet cover properly is realistically a two-person job. I wish Alaskan King Bed Company offered a true, one-piece comforter in these dimensions for customers who don’t want to deal with a removable duvet cover.
Excellent product. Excellent quality. But prospective buyers should understand the practical reality of changing a duvet cover this large before purchasing one.

If you ever prefer to drop the duvet cover and just use the comforter as-is, it’s built to look and feel great all on its own.

Size and setup are easy and perfect. My only complaint is the firmness rating, we selected medium, however compared to a normal mattress medium feels more like extra firm.

Started with a Cal King and upgraded to the Original Alaskan. With a family of 6, everyone fits comfortably on the bed and I don’t have to sleep on the floor anymore! Customer service had a timely response as to the status of our order and the set up wasn’t bad at all. Worth the investment.
